总体不错，我们住的房间也不吵，离沙滩也近
先扣的房费，到了之后押金是刷卡的，然后退房的时候说押金会退回卡里，结果没有退，建议大家下次遇到这样的- 情况还是直接退出现金，免得麻烦

位置很好，旁边就有公车站和Bts,皇权免税店也在旁边，不过人实在太多了。六层有一个小小的游泳池，还有健身房。因为蜜月，还送了小蛋糕，贴心
感觉人手不太够，早上退房等了好一会。遇到旅行团入住，等电梯也等了超久。

酒店的位置相当优越！距离机场轻轨非常近，三分钟步行。 酒店的员工相当亲切，前台的泰国妹妹非常漂亮和职业。 酒店门童那泰国小伙非常棒，给他100分。认真对待每一位客人，主动询问并提供力所能及的帮助。 下次我会带着我的家人再次下台贵酒店！

服务态度非常好，前台会说简单的中文，搭机场专线到终点站从四号出口出来，走三分钟就到酒店了，到暹罗广场两个站，到central world三个站，非常方便，打车到大皇宫也只要85泰铢
房间隔音效果不太好，可以听到隔壁的电视声音

位置设施都很满意
本来准备扔掉的包装盒子还有两套潜水镜，就放在入门口，是打算不要，但是酒店服务生不吭气的就收拾走了这样- 是不很不应该的！

作为一个五星的酒店，个人不太满意，设施比较旧，有些地方坏了没修，冷热水出水不均匀，时冷时热。清洁程度- 不行，有些地方不干净。As a five-star hotel, not very satisfied person, facilities are relatively old, some places had gone bad repair, cold and hot water outlet is not uniform, hot and cold. Clean degree not, some places do not clean.
